Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Space Watch Faces application ("App") operated by Space Watch Faces ("Space", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Space provides custom watch face designs for Apple Watch. The App displays watch face previews and allows users to install watch faces on compatible Apple Watch devices. Watch faces feature complications that display real-time data including weather, battery, health metrics, and other information.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

All watch face designs, graphics, code, and content in the App are the property of Space Watch Faces and are protected by intellectual property laws. Apple Watch is a trademark of Apple Inc. Our use of Apple Watch-related features is subject to Apple's guidelines and does not imply endorsement by Apple.
The App may offer both free and premium watch faces. Premium content may require a one-time purchase or subscription through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not process or store payment information.
Watch face complications display data from device sensors and third-party services (e.g., Apple WeatherKit). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data. The App should not be used as a sole source for critical decisions related to weather, health, or safety.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPACE WATCH FACES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Space Watch Faces from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Space Watch Faces operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms are between you and Space Watch Faces, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
